Madison Eve, a 13-year-old Greek-Australian journalist and illustrator, has been nationally honored for her dedication to raising awareness about domestic violence. The Year 8 student from Crete won the top award at News Corp Australia’s Kids News Junior Journalist Newsroom competition for the second consecutive year, being named Junior Journalist of the Year. Her impactful articles focus on critical issues such as domestic violence and the consequences of excessive screen time. Madison’s siblings also received commendations for their contributions to the competition.
