A 41-year-old Greek-Irish man was charged with serious offenses after allegedly threatening to activate an explosive device outside the Court House in Thessaloniki. He was arrested by police before any harm could occur. The Anti-Terrorism Unit of the Greek Police is investigating the case, which revealed that the suspect had travelled from England to meet a friend in Thessaloniki, although the meeting did not take place.
