65th Thessaloniki Film Festival Concludes with Record Attendance
The 65th Thessaloniki Film Festival attracted 89,000 attendees, featuring premieres, discussions, masterclasses, and exhibitions from October 31 to November 10. Notable figures such as Juliette Binoche and Ralph Fiennes attended. The festival showcased 252 short and feature films, with 281 screenings and notable collaborations during the Agora Film Market. Pano X. Koutras was honored with a Gold Alexander award, alongside masterclasses highlighting the art of film scoring. The festival was supported by various governmental and cultural organizations and will return for the 27th Thessaloniki Documentary Festival in March 2025.
