The 39th International Tourism and Hotel Equipment Exhibition, Philoxenia Hotelia, showcased a strong international presence with over 340 exhibitors from Greece and 24 foreign countries. The event, held from November 14 to 16 in Thessaloniki, saw a 57% increase in foreign trade visitors, totaling over 4,000 meetings between hosted buyers and exhibitors. Notably, first-time participants included representatives from Moldova, Cuba, and the Indian Ocean countries. The exhibition also emphasized the cultural aspects of tourism through various events and discussions, promoting sustainable practices as a Zero Waste event.
