Greek Supreme Administrative Court Rejects Appeal Against Education Licensing Law

The Fourth Chamber of Greece’s Council of State rejected the appeal from the Panhellenic Association of Learning Centers and seven related companies against a Ministry of Education decision regarding the licensing of Continuing Education and Training Centers (K.D.B.M.). The court ruled that the changes in the licensing conditions introduced by Law 4763/2020, aimed at enhancing vocational education, do not violate constitutional principles or European law, despite complaints from K.D.B.M. level 1 operators about increased operational requirements.
