Suspects in Salisbury Poisoning Case Appear in Revealing TV Interview
In an ongoing inquiry into the 2018 poisoning of Dawn Sturgess, key suspects of the Salisbury nerve agent attack, Ruslan Boshirov and Alexander Petrov, revealed their identities as Alexander Mishkin and Anatoliy Chepiga during a Russian TV interview. Commander Dominic Murphy of the Metropolitan Police’s Counter Terrorism Command testified that the interview provided unexpected insights and was part of a disinformation campaign by Russia. The inquiry is also probing the implications of this televised appearance on the case against the suspects accused of attempting to murder ex-Russian spy Sergei Skripal.
