French Deputy Thomas Portes from La France insoumise has been sanctioned for making threatening and insulting remarks during a parliamentary session. The National Assembly’s bureau decided to impose a reprimand and a one-month deduction of a quarter of his parliamentary salary, amounting to 1,482.99 euros, following comments directed toward members of the Rassemblement National.
