Spain and Palestine Hold First Intergovernmental Meeting

Spain and Palestine conducted their inaugural intergovernmental meeting at the Moncloa Palace, led by Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez and Palestinian Prime Minister Muhamad Mustafa. This significant gathering, the first since Spain recognized Palestine last May, focused on achieving a ceasefire, facilitating humanitarian aid, and respecting international humanitarian law. They signed four cooperation agreements addressing work, education, youth, and agriculture, with Spain pledging to provide at least 75 million euros to support Palestine over the next two years.
