At least 47 people have been killed and 22 injured due to Israeli airstrikes in the Baalbek region of eastern Lebanon, as reported by the area governor. Additionally, the Lebanese Health Ministry confirmed that Israeli attacks on various regions on Wednesday resulted in at least 25 deaths and 121 injuries. Since the onset of the Gaza conflict in October 2023, Israeli strikes in Lebanon have claimed the lives of 3,583 individuals, with over 15,244 wounded. The ongoing hostilities have displaced over 500,000 individuals to Syria.
