A new reservoir is set to be constructed in the Levadotopos area of Pournari, Larissa, following the signing of a contract by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport. This modern reservoir aims to enhance water resource management, serving local irrigation needs amidst climate change challenges. With a budget of €7.49 million, funded by the Agricultural Development Program of Greece 2014-2020, the project is expected to be completed within three years, significantly contributing to the region’s agricultural sustainability and local economy.
