Abdoul Diallo, a 25-year-old suspect with a lengthy criminal record, has been arrested in Póvoa de Lanhoso, Portugal, in connection with the murder of municipal officer Lilian Dejean in Grenoble on September 8. Diallo, who has faced multiple convictions over the past decade, is currently held under a European arrest warrant and will be extradited to France. Lilian Dejean, 49, was shot while attempting to prevent a fleeing motorist involved in a traffic accident.
