The institute, led by Oleksandr Ruvin, catalogues various weapon remnants and identifies non-Russian components to track their origins. It collaborates with the Ukrainian armed forces to enhance defense strategies and aids the International Criminal Court in establishing a legal foundation against war crimes. Over 40,000 expert reports have been completed since 2014, focusing on ‘Crimes Against Ukraine’.
