The suspect arrested in Portugal for the murder of Lilian Dejean, a municipal agent in Grenoble, is not contesting his extradition to France. Prosecutor Eric Vaillant confirmed that the 25-year-old suspect, with a significant criminal record, may be in France within five to six weeks. Dejean was shot in the chest while trying to assist in a traffic incident on September 8. The suspect has faced numerous legal issues since he was a teenager, including multiple convictions for violence and drug trafficking.
