In a TikTok video, Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis unveiled the Gigabit Voucher program aimed at providing 379,000 households and small businesses with high-speed internet connections. Each eligible participant will receive a €200 voucher to help cover the costs of services offering speeds of at least 250Mbps. The initiative also complements the Smart Readiness Vouchers program, which supports the installation of fiber optics in 120,000 buildings, enhancing Greece’s digital infrastructure.
