A hunter in Komninia experienced a distressing ordeal last Saturday when a wolf attacked and killed one of his tracking dogs during a rabbit hunt. According to the Eordaia Hunting Association, the female dog, equipped with a GPS collar, was initially lost after the attack. The animal was later discovered dead and scavenged by wolves, raising concerns about predator interactions and hunting safety. Despite the GPS tracking device, the hunter faced challenges in locating his dog’s remains.
