The Independent United Initiative in the Eastern Macedonia – Thrace regional council has questioned the region’s Governor, Christodoulos Topidis, regarding the inadequate management of the ongoing sheep pox outbreak. With 43,000 sheep already culled, significant concerns have arisen about crisis management, coordination with veterinary and agricultural bodies, and support for affected farmers.
