This December, 3FM DJs Wijnand Speelman, Sophie Hijlkema, and Barend van Deelen will once again enter the Glazen Huis for Serious Request, marking the first time the same DJs participate two consecutive years. From December 18 to 24, they will broadcast live around the clock from Zwolle, abstaining from food and relying on fruit and vegetable juices. This year’s initiative supports Metakids, an organization dedicated to combating metabolic diseases, which pose serious risks to children. The campaign aims to raise awareness and funds for treatment options, continuing the trend of growing success from past initiatives.
