The interactive workshop titled ‘I Care for My Heart’ organized by the Patient School for Cardiovascular Diseases and the Third Cardiology Clinic of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki provided attendees with insights into cardiovascular diseases, prevention, diagnosis, and management. Renowned actors Theodoros Atheridis and Akis Sakellariou, sharing personal experiences, approached health topics with humor to engage the audience. The event highlighted the seriousness of cardiovascular diseases, which are the leading cause of death worldwide, and emphasized the risks associated with sedentary lifestyles and poor diet.
