Death Toll Rises to 4,047 in Ongoing Israel-Hezbollah Conflict

The death toll in Lebanon due to the ongoing war between Israel and Hezbollah has reached 4,047, with most casualties occurring after a September escalation. Lebanese Health Minister Firass Abiad reported that among the dead are 316 children and 790 women, while officials warn that the actual number may be higher. Despite a fragile ceasefire recently established, tensions remain high, with Israeli strikes continuing to impact southern Lebanon and both sides accusing each other of violations.
