Majority of Teenagers Experience Recovery from Long Covid, Study Finds
A groundbreaking study led by University College London reveals that while some teenagers have suffered from long Covid for over two years, most recover within this period. The research assessed 12,632 teenagers, finding that 70% of those initially diagnosed with long Covid had recovered by two years. However, 30% continued to experience symptoms, with disparities noted among older teens and economically disadvantaged groups. The study highlights the need for further research into ongoing health issues following Covid-19 infections.
