The 23rd Primary School of Larissa will have its naming ceremony on December 10, 2024, attended by the Minister of Education of Cyprus and officials from both countries. The decision to name the school was unanimously made by the school community and local municipality in recognition of support received from Cypriot volunteers during the September 2023 floods. This event is part of commemorations for the 50th anniversary of the Turkish invasion of Cyprus.
