Irvine Welsh has revealed that a sequel to his iconic novel ‘Trainspotting’ is in the works. Set to be titled ‘Men In Love,’ the book explores the lives of characters as they transition from heroin addiction to pursuing love. Scheduled for release on July 3, 2025, Welsh described the narrative as taking place during a ‘transitional period’ in the characters’ lives during the late 1980s, reflecting on deeper emotional lives often overlooked in fiction.
