Kher Hussain Shahin has been identified as the victim of a tragic incident during Storm Darragh, where a falling tree struck his car on Sutton Road in Erdington, Birmingham. The incident occurred around 15:00 GMT on Saturday. Birmingham city councillor Majid Mahmood expressed condolences through a post on social media, and family members, including Abdul Joshim, shared tributes in remembrance of Shahin.
