Vasiliki Lazarakou, Chairwoman of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, has been re-elected to the Bureau of the OECD Corporate Governance Committee for 2025. Lazarakou, also a member of the ESMA Management Board and IOSCO, expressed her honor in representing Greece in this pivotal role. The OECD plays a crucial role in promoting democratic principles and free market economics and recently completed a significant review of its Corporate Governance Principles, emphasizing transparency, leadership responsibilities, and sustainability in corporate practices.
