Crown Prosecution Service Challenges Judge’s Sentence for Paedophile Headteacher Neil Foden
The Crown Prosecution Service has stated that Judge Rhys Rowlands erred in stating that Neil Foden would serve at least 11 years of his 17-year sentence for sexual abuse. Foden, convicted of multiple counts of sexual activity with children, can be released after serving only half of his term. Plaid Cymru MP Liz Saville Roberts has urged the UK government to review the case, expressing concerns for the victims’ safety given the possibility of Foden’s early release.
