The Greek Ministry of Tourism aims to open new markets and strengthen existing ones to increase tourism revenue by 2025. Minister Olga Kefalogianni highlighted India as a priority market for the upcoming year, with a promotional mission planned in February. Emphasis is also placed on traditional markets like the United States, as well as emerging ones such as Saudi Arabia and South Korea. A new bill regulating short-term rentals is in public consultation until December, aiming to ensure compliance and establish a classification system for accommodations based on sustainability.
