In a tragic incident in Kent, a baby girl was seriously injured in what is believed to be an attack by an XL bully dog. The infant was airlifted to a London hospital and remains in serious condition. A 76-year-old woman and an 18-year-old man have been arrested on suspicion of being in charge of a dog dangerously out of control and have since been bailed pending further inquiries. The dog, named Hunter, was later seized and destroyed by police.
