The Independent Authority for Public Revenue and the State General Accounting Office of Greece have processed a payment of €37,843,160.24 to 273,615 farmers owed a refund of the Special Consumption Tax (E.F.K.) on diesel fuel. This disbursement marks the completion of the E.F.K. refund for the year 2024, following an advance payment made in April. The total refund amount for 2024 has reached €77,428,851.23, with farmers advised to check eligibility and procedures for the refund.
