A significant contributor, Thomas Stanger, donated a total of 5,080,000 euros to BSW. The CDU followed with the most individual donations, totaling 4,543,505 euros, led by businessman Stephan Schambach. The FDP ranked third, collecting 1,666,001 euros. Other parties, including the Greens, SPD, and the far-right AfD, experienced significantly lower funding, with the AfD not reporting any large donations.
