On December 18, 2024, Greece is distributing one-time financial assistance to retirees and social solidarity benefits to vulnerable households. A total of 602,581 retirees will receive aid, with amounts varying based on their pension levels. Additionally, 55,074 eligible recipients will receive a 200-euro social solidarity benefit, targeted at specific categories, including those with disabilities and certain public sector retirees.
