Switzerland’s public broadcaster SRG SSR has announced details for the 69th Eurovision Song Contest, set to take place in Basel at St. Jakob Park from May 13 to 17, 2025. The artistic director, Artur Deyneuve, has chosen ‘Unity Shapes Love’ as the theme, promoting dialogue and love through music. Florian Wieder returns to design the stage, promising a revolutionary concept that enhances audience participation. The contest will feature 38 participating countries, including Montenegro’s return after a two-year absence, and ticket sales will open after the semi-final draw in January 2025.
