Deputy Thomas Portes Reports Racist Calls to Action by National Rally Members
Thomas Portes, a deputy from La France Insoumise, has reported to the Paris prosecutor Laure Beccuau concerning the presence of 15 members from the far-right Rassemblement National in a Facebook group promoting racist messages and calls to murder. The investigation by Les Jours highlighted derogatory posts and racially charged statements shared within the group. Although ten members have since left the group, the issue raises serious concerns about the ideology of the far-right in France.
