On Wednesday, the Anti-Trafficking Unit of the Organized Crime Directorate conducted checks at brothels in Athens to identify victims of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. A total of 11 individuals were arrested for violating municipal seal orders, with €650 confiscated. The detainees have been referred to the appropriate authorities, and the Municipality of Athens will be notified to re-seal the establishments.
