The Health Administration of Crete has ordered an urgent administrative investigation following the tragic death of a 36-year-old woman, allegedly struck deliberately by a 33-year-old French man with a violent past and psychiatric issues. The investigation will assess procedural and medical oversight following the suspect’s recent psychiatric evaluation. The family of the victim has also filed a report demanding accountability. The suspect has been charged with intentional homicide.
