The Greek Children’s Village, located in Filyrio, Thessaloniki, has been providing a protective environment for vulnerable children for over 30 years. Lukás Isaris, the general director, discussed the organization’s mission and the increasing awareness of child abuse and neglect in Greece. Despite challenges, the village operates seven homes and has a comprehensive support team dedicated to nurturing children until they can be placed in adoptive families. The community is encouraged to support these efforts through donations.
