Greece’s Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance, Nikos Papathanasis, has submitted the fifth request for disbursement from the Recovery and Resilience Fund, amounting to €3.1 billion, to the European Commission. This request includes €1.3 billion in grants after meeting 29 milestones and €1.8 billion in loans after adjusting three milestones to fund new housing programs. With this submission, the total disbursements to Greece will reach €21.3 billion, covering over 64% of the allocated funds under the national plan Greece 2.0.
