Disney and Orange Announce New Distribution Agreement as Canal+ Contract Ends
Disney has entered a distribution agreement with Orange following the non-renewal of its contract with Canal+, effective December 31. The new deal allows Orange TV subscribers to access Disney Channel and National Geographic channels, while films will be available four months after their release for an additional fee. Disney+ will still be accessible, and Orange customers can enjoy discounts on subscriptions. This shift reflects Disney’s strategy to reach more audiences amidst the changing landscape of content distribution.
