The central square of Elassona has been transformed into a festive hub filled with aromas, flavors, and Christmas spirit, thanks to local cultural associations. Under the title ‘Christmas Flavors’, these groups offered traditional dishes showcasing regional culinary heritage. The event featured traditional Pontic dishes from the Pontian Association, Christmas bread prepared with children by the Network of Artists and Scientists, and authentic cuisine from Asia Minor. The event was vibrant with traditional melodies and carols, creating a joyful holiday atmosphere.
