Larissa has transformed into a festive wonderland with a 15-meter Christmas tree dominating the Central Square and an ice rink in the Postal Square. Highlighting this year’s celebrations is Greece’s first-ever Christmas Parade featuring 12 themed floats, set to take place on Christmas Eve, culminating in a vibrant party with renowned DJs. Mayor Athanasios Mamakos emphasized the uniqueness of this event aimed at making Larissa a premier holiday destination, thanks to the participation of over 1,000 volunteers and residents alike.
