New York City police have arrested a suspect accused of murdering a woman by setting her on fire in a subway train on Sunday morning, December 22. The assailant approached the victim in a train car before igniting her clothing with a lighter. Officers patrolling the station discovered the victim engulfed in flames and found she had succumbed to her injuries. The police initially believed she was sleeping at the time of the attack.
