An investigation is underway into allegations that staff from the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) illegally accessed computer files related to the June 2023 Nottingham attacks, which resulted in the deaths of students Barnaby Webber and Grace O’Malley-Kumar, along with caretaker Ian Coates. The South East Regional Organised Crime Unit is looking into potential violations of the Computer Misuse Act, while family members of the victims express their outrage over the handling of the case.
