French Siblings Found in Syrian Orphanage After Parents’ Deaths in ISIS
Three French siblings have been discovered in a Damascus orphanage after being orphaned due to their jihadist parents’ deaths. The children, aged 6 to 12, were born during the Islamic State’s reign and have been raised away from terrorism since 2019. Their identities were initially hidden, but efforts are underway to reunite them with their family in France. Meanwhile, they are thriving in a supportive environment, showing promising academic progress. France’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has not yet responded to requests for their repatriation.
