Cyclone Chido Devastates Mayotte and Mozambique: Death Toll Rises
The cyclone Chido has severely impacted the regions of Mayotte and Mozambique, with a confirmed death toll of 35 in Mayotte and at least 120 in Mozambique. François-Xavier Bieuville, the prefect of Mayotte, updated reporters on the situation, clarifying the death toll amidst contrasting statements by Prime Minister François Bayrou.
