Greek Competition Authority Fines Companies 314,389 Euros for Vertical Alliance

The Greek Competition Authority has imposed a total fine of 314,389 euros on three companies—Skarmoutsos, Farmex, and Peramax—for engaging in practices of resale price fixing in violation of competition laws. The fines were reduced as the companies entered a dispute settlement process. Skarmoutsos received a fine of 165,822 euros, Farmex was fined 108,253 euros, and Peramax was fined 40,314 euros. The companies operated in markets involving infant products and goods related to milk management.
