The construction of a new courthouse in Volos, Greece, is on track to be completed in about five years, according to Deputy Justice Minister Ioannis Bougas. In parallel, renovations to the existing historic courthouse are expected to be finished within three years. Once the new facility is operational, the existing building will be transferred to local authorities for future use. Bougas emphasized that both projects are advancing simultaneously without hindrance, while addressing a need for more judicial staff in the region following the implementation of a new judicial map.
