A 39-year-old employee of the Thessaloniki Port Authority was injured while working in the engine room of a crane at Pier 5. He sustained an injury to his left hand and was taken to the General Hospital of Thessaloniki ‘G. Papanikolaou’ for treatment. An investigation is currently being conducted by the Central Port Authority of Thessaloniki.
