Urfan Sharif, convicted of murdering his daughter Sara Sharif, has reportedly been attacked by two inmates at Belmarsh Prison on New Year’s Day. The assault left him with facial cuts, requiring medical treatment. Sharif was sentenced to life imprisonment alongside his wife after being found guilty of the 10-year-old’s murder in December at the Old Bailey.
