The mayor of Grevena, Kyriakos Tataridis, has signed a contract for a €10.16 million revitalization and residential upgrade project targeting the Varossi area and 19 surrounding villages. The initiative involves road and pavement construction, enhancement of public spaces, increased greenery, and improved street lighting. Aimed at enhancing functionality and aesthetics, the project is expected to commence immediately and span two years, with oversight by the municipality’s Technical Services Department. Funding is sourced from the ‘Antonis Tritsis’ Development and Solidarity Program from the Ministry of Interior.
