The skies over Volos were illuminated with thousands of lanterns carrying the message ‘one light – one wish’, supporting local charities. This annual event attracted crowds of all ages to the beach, creating a mesmerizing visual display. The lanterns were released in the afternoon near the University of Thessaly, with participants donating to five charities including the ‘White Butterflies’ and the ‘Association of Parents and Friends of Autism’. The event featured a concert with popular artists Stavento and Ivi Adamou.
