Greece Unveils Extensive Tax Reforms to Boost Economy and Support Citizens

Greece’s Ministry of National Economy has outlined comprehensive changes in its new tax bill, aimed at reducing taxes and enhancing citizens’ incomes. The key measures include twelve tax cuts, incentives for businesses, and improvements in the tax filing process. Notably, the law introduces a monthly tax exemption for tips up to €300 and increases the capital transfer tax threshold. Additionally, a second supplementary budget of €400 million aims to fund essential public investments.
